  • We currently ship to addresses within United States.

  • We are currently unable to ship products internationally.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

1. Introduction

At Heritage Baits & Lures, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand your options and our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are non-returnable include baits, lures, and other items to the owner's discretion.

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Heritage Baits & Lures account and go to the "Order History" section.

  • Select the order containing the item you wish to return.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to request a return authorization.

4. Return Authorization

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for the return process.

  • Please include the RA number on the return packaging.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges
